If you have a blender and a skillet you can prepare this in no time. Simply put 2 eggs and one sliced banana in the blender. Blend on high speed and then pour the batter on top of the skillet to form pancakes.

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana sliced
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- Place the eggs and banana in the blender. Blend until a smooth
- Heat a nonstick skillet
- Spray the skillet with non-stick spray
- Add the batter to the skillet in the shape of a pancake and let space them out since they tend to spread
- When bubbles start to form, flip the over and cook for 10 seconds on the other side
- Remove from heat and enjoy!
