Banana Pancake in 5 mins!


These 2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes are so easy to make! All you need is 2 eggs and a banana in a blender! That's it. They are gluten free and so delicious! 😛


If you have a blender and a skillet you can prepare this in no time. Simply put 2 eggs and one sliced banana in the blender. Blend on high speed and then pour the batter on top of the skillet to form pancakes.



2 Ingredient Banana Pancakes Recipe

 Cook Time 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana sliced
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs and banana in the blender. Blend until a smooth
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet
  3. Spray the skillet with non-stick spray
  4. Add the batter to the skillet in the shape of a pancake and let space them out since they tend to spread
  5. When bubbles start to form, flip the over and cook for 10 seconds on the other side
  6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
